So, today, I’m going to talk to you about the importance of including Space Medicine in your renovations.
So, I was walking around here yesterday and I’m surrounded by nature and the water and the birds and the light and I was truly feeling filtered and nurtured in my soul. And you know what? This is something that you can do for the buyers, the tenants or the valuers of your renovations and your properties. What that does when you give someone that feeling when you make them feel nurtured and connected with the space, they are more emotional, they’re more likely to buy higher and buy quicker. So, how do you do that?
There are three ways that you can incorporate space medicine into each and every one of your properties and that’s through the clever use of colour, the connection with nature and the clever use of light. So, many people are going, “Naomi, how do I connect the place with nature? I can’t blow open a set of doors, if I can’t put in a massive skylight, how do I do it?” So, here are three things you can do to be able to connect your property and your buyers with nature when they’re in it without knocking out walls. So, let’s get to it.
The first is, include texture in your finishes. The second is to use the right colours. Things like blue and earthy tones. And the third one is, the spatial arrangement of the furniture to allow that connection.
